Night Beds really started as two lonely Colorado Springs students in need of something larger, but took its sweet time evolving into the project it is today. Matt Wilcox invited Winston Yellen to record in his apartment in 2006, some years later the pair would write their first song together as Night Beds. Many adventures later, driving through deserts and prairies and coastal highways, the pair settled in Nashville, where Steadfast Records will release their first LP, Country Sleep.
