Vocalist/songwriter David-Ivar Herman Dune and drummer Cosmic Neman make up the folksy Herman Dune, a French band that jumped on John Peel's "Peel Sessions" in '99 and traveled the world, releasing oodles of music over the past decade, and still kicking today. Their new record was recorded with Adam Selzer (M Ward, She & Him, Dirty Projectors, The Decemberists) at Type Foundry Studio in Portland, OR, and it's about time we got something new from these Frenchies.

The dudes recently released a video for "Tell Me Something I don't Know," the title track off their new EP (out 1/17 on their own Strange Moosic Records imprint) featuring Don Draper himself (John Hamm). Check it out below and grab the track.

Herman Dune is on tour, and if you'd like to see some old pros play new material, here's your chance.

    1/17 - Boston @ TT The Bear's
    1/18 - Montreal @ Il Motore
