Today Canadian garage rockers The King Khan & BBQ Show shared "Illuminations," off of their forthcoming album Bad News Boys, and it has us pretty excited. The sparse, two minute track is a punky caper that incorporates the band's signature kick, snare, tambourine, guitar, and vocal combination, recorded in beautiful lo-fi. Both long time members of the scene, King Khan and BBQ released their first album as a pair in 2005. After a brief break up in 2010, they got back to work and have been providing their refreshingly "crunchy" brand of punk ever since.

Bad News Boys is out February 24th on In The Red Records. Pre-order your copy here, and look out for a US tour in March.
