Last September we covered a concert by rock poets The National that was opened by up-and-comers The War on Drugs. Their newest album, Slave Ambient was so impressive that we even ran a feature article interviewing frontman Adam Granduciel. The War on Drugs just released a new video for one of Slave Ambient's tracks, the sonic rocker "Brothers." The video is a fun exercise in ambiguous narratives and neo-noir/neo-western themes, and there was something genuinely disturbing about it that I just couldn't shake. Check it out below.
