Coming soon, or eventually, to your eardrums: a new Haim
album. The Los Angeles based trio of sisters announced yesterday they're working on a sophomore album. The message came in the form of a simple tweet, "Uh Ohz," posted with a picture of producer Ariel Rechtshaid
, who appeared to be mixing a recording.
This is exciting news coming from Este, Danielle and Alana Haim, whose 2013, poppy, debut album, Days Are Gone
skyrocketed them to indie-pop "it girl" status. The girls definitely haven't been slacking off since then. Besides recently starting their new project, in November they recorded a collaboration with the British rock band Bastille "Bite Down."
Though there's been no word yet on when their new album will released, or what it'll be called, hopefully we'll hear some previews soon. In the meantime, check out "Bite Down."
