Sharon Van Etten Premieres New Song On Ellen

    Sharon Van Etten had a marquis year in 2014. Her fourth studio album, Are We There, was named one of Rolling Stone's 20 best albums of 2014, and the video for the album's lead single, slow burning confessional "Your Love Is Killing Me," was directed by Martha Marcy May Marlene breakout director Sean Durkin. Yesterday, Van Etten premiered a new track on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

    "I Don't Want To Let You Down" is an earnest and sometimes ugly truth, escorted into lazyily brazen admission by a sunny liquid guitar. Watch the live performance, and listen to the studio single below:
