This week is the end of an era. On Wednesday night, Stevie Wonder
performed a mashup of "Isn't She Lovely" and "My Cherie Amour" on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
The show was jammed packed with guests like Jerry Seinfeld, Dave Chappelle and the always amazing Michelle Obama. Stevie, performing with The Roots
, started his performance by sharing his love of Michelle and then even changed the lyrics of "My Cherie Amour" to "My Michelle Amour." Stevie Wonder has played alongside the Obama family more than a few times during their presidency. Michelle has even said that Stevie Wonder is her favorite musician of all time. Unfortunately, I doubt this kind of thing will happen for the Trump family, unless Meatloaf changes "I'd Do Anything For Love (But I Wont Do That)" to "I'd Do Anything Anything For The Kremlin (Maybe Even That)." Only kidding Mr. Trump, please dont tweet about us.
The Obama family has received some pretty important cosigns in the past week. This has all come in the wake of Barack's Farewell speech on Tuesday, where he delivered an inspiring message about the progress that the country has made and the more work that we need to do. Here are just a few of the stars that took to social media to say farewell:
And who could ever forget Young Jeezy's 2008 track, "My President."
