Ariana Grande and John Legend are teaming up to record Beauty and the Beast's theme song for the upcoming live-action remake of the 1991 Disney movie.

The song was written by Howard Ashman and Alan Menken for the original animated feature and sung by actress, Angela Lasbury, who's the voice of Mrs. Potts in the original film. It was re-recorded by Peabo Bryson and Celine Dion for the film's soundtrack and won an Academy Award, Golden Globe, and a Grammy that year.

Almost a year ago, Ariana Grande was on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon where he and Grande impersonate Bryson and Dion singing the Beauty and the Beast theme song. Which is a pretty funny coincidence that she's recording the theme song for the movie now. Grande even says to Fallon in the video, "I don't know the words!" But she winged it and does pretty amazing.

And John Legend has the voice of an angel so this duo is going to be phenomenal. Grande teased the recording session on Tuesday by posting a photo in the studio on Instagram with the wilted rose emoji.
