In Radamiz's video for "V.I.M." the rapper finds himself around familiar streets in Brooklyn - from Prospect Park to the subway station in deep Bedstuy.
Raised by Dominican-immigrant parents in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn's Sumner Projects complex, 25-year-old MC Radamiz's story is unlike a story told before. Being influenced to start rapping at the age of 12 outside of his first job packing groceries outside of a local supermarket, Jadakiss, Notorious B.I.G., Jay Z, Eminem helped shape the young MC's idea of what a great lyricist was supposed to sound like.
One of Radamizs biggest highlights was being declared as Hot 97's East Coast "Who's Next" artist for 2013. Performance wise, Radamiz has opened for the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Rakim, A$AP Ferg, Talib Kweli, Action Bronson, Pro Era, Tunji Ige, Chuck Inglish, Smoke DZA, Vic Mensa, Smif-N-Wessun, Nitty Scott MC, and much more. He's also been busy performing at venues all over NYC including SOB's, Webster Hall, Santos Party House, YouTubeSpaceNY, etc. He was recently on the Main Stage opening for Nas, Talib Kweli, Fabolous and more at the 2016 Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival.
