Sacramento dance-funk band !!! recently returned to familiar form with the release of their latest Warp approved album, Strange Weather, Isn't It?. They've also recently prepped an EP of remixes and alternate versions of those tunes, choosing the tune "Jamie, My Intentions Are Bass" to slap across the cover of that collection.
To commemorate its' release, the band hired music vid director Saman Keshavarz to set some visuals to the song. A fun loving clip with a lovable, chaotic lilt to it, the story that unfolds finds singer Nic Offer chasing the object of his desire through a variety of portals. Will their love bloom? Artist Bio
!!! is a dance-punk band that formed in Sacramento, California, in 1996. Members of !!! came from other local bands such as The Yah Mos, Black Liquorice and Popesmashers. The band, who are commonly associated with the dance-punk movement, are currently based in New York City, Sacramento, and Portland, Oregon. The band's fifth full-length, THR!!!ER, was released on April 29 and 30, 2013, in the UK and US, respectively.
