Artist bio

Andrew Belle is a rising singer / songwriter sensation on the pop scene. Born and raised in the western suburbs of Chicago, Andrew currently resides in both Chicago and Nashville. Andrew Belle recorded and released his first EP, All The Pretty Lights, in 2008 and his debut full-length album, The Ladder, was self-released in February 2010. His honey-toned voice and melodic songs were quick to receive radio airplay on KCRW-FM in Los Angeles, and consequently Andrew Belle has had songs on many of televisions most watched shows including Greys Anatomy, Pretty Little Liars, Vampire Diaries, 90210, Ghost Whisperer, MTVS Real World, One Tree Hill, and Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

In its debut week, The Ladder, reached #1 on the iTunes singer/songwriter charts, #28 on the iTunes overall album chart, and #21 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart. Andrew Belle was also winner of MTVs Breakout Artist 2009 (Chicago grand prize winner) and John Lennon Songwriting Contest (Pop category, 2009). In the Fall 2009, Andrew became a member of the prestigious Ten Out Of Tenn national tour, and was asked to remain on board for the Winter 2009 and Fall 2011 tours as well. Andrew has shared the stage with an impressive roster of artists including Ben Folds, Brian Vander Ark (The Verve Pipe), Greg Laswell, Barcelona, Diane Birch, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Tyrone Wells, and Boyce Avenue. Additionally, he has performed at South By Southwest Music Festival from 2009 2011 and the Vitamin Water showcase in 2011.

Along with his innate passion and talent for creating masterful music, Andrew Belle also demonstrates his artistry and enthusiasm in the kitchen. A self-proclaimed foodie, Andrew loves to cook and is known for executing recipes inspired by some of todays top chefs, such as Jamie Oliver, that rival the acclaim of his music. Andrews love of food earned him the position of being the only official performer at the 2011 South Beach Wine & Food Festival, as well as gained a marketing partnership with Whole Foods Chicago.

After playing 150 shows in 2010, Andrew is currently continuing to tour clubs and universities across the country.
