Frank Ocean dropped a new track on his Tumblr page. Reportedly called "Blue Whale," the song is classic Frank Ocean -- laid back, throwback R&B behind smooth, beneath Ocean-flow verses. Somehow, this guy puts out one of the best albums of the year, and then releases throwaway tracks that are just as good.
