Blonde Redhead has released a video for "Not Getting There" off of their latest release
Penny Sparkle. The video, directed by Timothy Saccenti, is a minimalist affair to accompany a minimalist, understated tune, mostly consisting of the band performing in a dark, smoky room backlit by piercing white lights with a few cool visual surprises thrown in for good measure.
Blonde Redhead is currently on tour in Europe, and will be hitting Asia for a couple dates and touring the US in October.
Pantha du Prince will be supporting the band on most of their US dates.
Penny Sparkle is available now on 4AD records, and "Not Getting There" is available as a free mp3 to fans who sign up for the group's e-mail list.
