Vampire Weekend has just announced their new album,
Contra, will be released January 12th, 2010 in North America (Jan 11th in the UK) under XL Recordings (home to their super successful self-titled debut album of 2008). The afro-indie-prep-pop quartet has also leaked their oh-so-emblematic album cover: a fresh-faced Polaroid girl unsaturated and polo clad! Over the past summer, The band has previewed their new single "White Sky" in various live shows, but the rest of the album has been kept safely under wraps. Check out the new tracklist below.-
