Let's get this out of the way -- Milo Greene is not one person, they're an LA-based indie folk quintet. The band's unique in that besides drummer Curtis Marrero, no one is limited to one instrument. It wouldn't even be fair to call one of them a "lead-singer" -- most of them share those duties. We got to see Milo in action today when we met them at the Wythe Hotel in Brooklyn for a quick session. Stuffed in a room, with the Manhattan skyline at their backs, the group seemed right at home as they performed songs from their self-titled debut album. Gotta say, there really isn't anything better than hearing an acoustic ensemble like Milo Greene in such an intimate setting. You can see some pictures from the session below.
