Earlier today, Jax Jones
released the video for his song "Instruction," featuring Demi Lovato
and British rapper Stefflon Don
. "Instruction" is Jax Jones' most recent single, and was released at the beginning of the summer, back in June. The timing of the release works really well - the vibe of the song is summery and tropical-influenced.
Throughout the video, we move back and forth between shots of Demi and her dancers doing their choreography in a sunset-lit parking lot, Jax Jones at the center of a drum line, and girls in carnival costumes. When the sun finally sets, everyone comes together under colorful lights. The whole video is a lot of fun. The golden-hour lighting on Demi Lovato's choreography is very reminiscent of classic early 2000s dance videos. And speaking of Demi's choreography, I'm always a sucker for dance in videos, and this particular one looks like a lot of fun. Overall, I love how colorful this video is, and it might just be the choreography, but I think I'd rather be in this video than Demi Lovato's other recent video for "Sorry Not Sorry."
