Kanye Surprises Small LA Crowd With 'New Slaves'

    As CoS addressed yesterday, Rolling Stone's '50 Greatest Live Acts Right Now' was essentially assembled by a blind/deaf monkey that last attended a concert in 2008. One of its greatest follies was ranking Jay Z (no hyphen) at No. 6, 14 spots ahead of Kanye West. After catching Kanye's recent wrap-up of Gov Ball, I can attest to the awe of his live presence and this criminal underrating.

    Below we see Kanye's surprise invasion of Travis Scott's show at the El Rey Theatre in LA last night. When the music for "New Slaves" kicks off, this crowd of less than 1,000 erupts like an atom bomb.
