When we think about Baltimore, we tend to think "artsy collective", as in our past preoccupation with Wham City and Dan Deacon, and all those guys who paint buses and "do" art. But it's easy to forget that the city is also home to other types of music, like the gritty rock and roll of
J Roddy Walston and the Business. Their live show has been described through metaphor as anywhere from catastrophic weather conditions to unfortunate damage to personal property. In short, they are the epitome of rock and roll.

ROCK. Remember, even though it's fairly far up the East Coast, Baltimore is still below the Mason-Dixon line.
