our Guest Apartment), have a new album out and recently covered synth-extraordinaire
Neon Indian's summer jam "Terminally Chill" from last year's critically-lauded
Psychic Chasms. They've also got a full tour in the works with
Dr. Dog. Magic everywhere!
The
Neon Indian cover thoroughly subsumes the original's 80s synth wizardry into the band's swirling, textural, pop soundscapes. Relevant bands covering relevant bands '10! Check out the song and our GA session with HWGM below. Their new album,
Pigeons, is out now.
