Colbert will not be outdone. You know what that means: Colbchella. The Greatest Thing to Happen on the Hudson River, according to the man himself. Colbert's summer concert series collaboration with Pepsi returns for another round of performances, this time as an event on The Intrepid in New York City. Meet StePhest Colbchella '012, Rocktaugustfest.
The event was announced on last night's
The Colbert Report, where Colbert assured us he's all up on the hippest bands, like Bonnaroo and Lollapalooza.
Jokes aside, he's not far off -- Grizzly Bear, The Flaming Lips, Santigold, Grandmaster Flash, and Fun will perform on August 10th on the Intrepid Aircraft Carrier (in true Colbert fashion).
The event is free, but you have to get tickets
here. Unfortunately, it seems like they're out at the moment, but you can always add to the din of comments, pleading with the Colbert internet people to release more. There's always the telecast!

P.S. My favorite jaunty Colbert one-liner of the episode: Paul Simon after he had that weird growth removed. Oh Art, what happened to you?
