With a voice like the turbo bass on a boombox,
Chali 2na's flow is unmistakable. His career is longer than most rappers, and he's still jonesing to spit relevant and innovative rhymes. In June he dropped another mixtape in the
Fish Market series, which contained this gem of a double feature with J-Live. They trade a few verses over bass hits and the result is a reminder that Chali is far from past his expiration date, sitting on the outskirts of big budget rap, still making authentic beats that put auto-tuned phonies to shame.
