Noah Baumbachs new film, "While Were Young," is set to be a musician-studded affair. LCD Soundsystems
James Murphy is composing the films soundtrack, while Beastie Boys
beloved vocalist and guitarist Adam 'Ad-Rock' Horovitz snagged a leading role.
This is not the first time that Murphy has contributed to Baumbach's work, as he scored the filmmaker's 2010 movie Greenberg
. "While Were Young" is also certainly not Horovitz's big-screen debut; he appeared in films such as "Lost Angels" and "Roadside Prohpets" in the 80s and 90s. Also writer for many film soundtracks himself, Horovitz recently rediscovered his acting niche through cameos on "30 Rock" and "Inside Amy Schumer."
"While Were Young" features its own fair share of movie stars too, including Ben Stiller, Naomi Watts, Amanda Seyfried, and Adam Driver. It is set to premiere at Toronto's International Film Festival in September, and is sure to be a fall flick worth seeing.
