. The lo-fi folk rocker has returned with "Pretty Pimping"; a twanging, reverb coated, heartland rock track containing some of the most self analyzing lyrics since Wakin On A Pretty Daze
. "Who's this stupid clown blocking the bathroom sink?/But he was sporting all my clothes/I gotta say, pretty pimping," Vile choruses on his melancholic ode, complimenting himself in a depersonalized haze.
"Pretty Pimping" has also been released with a music video featuring a band of Kurt clones performing routine household tasks over the course of the day, intermittently seen scouring the city in the streets, convenience stores, and the women's section of a clothing store. b'lieve i'm goin down
