For his final installment of the immensely successful #8videos8days campaign, Weird Al Yankovic presents us with his video for Mandatory Fun track "Mission Statement", which plays on Crosby, Stills and Nash's 1969 classic "Suite: Judy Blue Eyes". Unlike the groundbreaking original that was made famous through its performance at Woodstock, the Weird, Al, and Yankovic version of the song is a satirical illustration of corporate jargon.
"I wanted to do a song about all the ridiculous double-speak and meaningless buzzwords that I've been hearing in office environments my entire life," Yankovic told WSJ. "I just thought it would be ironic to juxtapose that with the song stylings of CSN, whose music pretty much symbolizes the antithesis of corporate America."
