Passion Pit and Columbia Records set up a competition for filmmakers to create a music video for the ADHD-in-music-form single, "I'll Be Alright," and today the winner's video was released. While we're not sure who the winner actually is, we can deem that he or she really likes Salvador Dali. The video, set in a room of a modern art museum, gets rather modern artsy itself, rather quickly. There is a lot of weird and wild stuff going on here: a security guard becoming entranced by a work of art and then tongue-kissing said art, a woman catching fire, a man's detached limbs, and generic pills raining down from the heavens. But seriously, if I had a dime for every time this happened to me when I went to the MoMA, I'd have like zero dimes.
