The population of Mass-holes is about to surge with an influx of a new breed of maniacal fans. One week after a Federal court ruled against the Insane Clown Posse's lawsuit
targeting a 2011 FBI report that listed their fans, known as Juggalos, as a criminal gang, law enforcement officials of the state of Massachusetts stated that they don't consider the face-painted cult following to be a threat.
The 2011 report that labeled the Juggalos as a threatening gang used data collected by the National Gang Intelligence Center, which surveys law enforcement agencies throughout the nation. MassLive
did a little digging, and was told by Boston's FBI field office that they "technically" never said that Juggalos committed crimes in Massachusetts. These surveys were apparently impacted by a few bad-apple fan sub-divisions of known criminal crews in other states like Utah's Juggalo Killers and Colorado's Pueblo Clown Posse.
Juggalos seem to have a hard time finding a home. This year's annual Gathering of the Juggalos was nearly cancelled as it struggled to find a new location after multiple Midwestern towns turned them away. Perhaps this judgement-free Juggalo policy of Massachussets will bring an influx of ICP fans to the state. If so, we thought of a few names for the state's new sects:
- The Beantown Clowns
- The Gloucester Jestahs
- The Insane Puritan Posse
- The Cape Cod Clan
- Good Will Hunters
- Worcester Woot Woot Troop Troop
- The Boston Dreadlox with No Sox
