Arc & Stones'
sophomore EP As You Were
is due out tomorrow, but the Nashville foursome was kind enough to premiere their latest early on Baeble. With a sound reminiscent of Kings of Leon and Pearl Jam, the band's latest six-track effort has no gimmicks; it's an ear-pounding sample of refreshing, no-frills rock 'n' roll.
Dan Pellarin, Arc and Stones' vocalist explained that the new tracks "Came about through the past year. We felt that these six songs were an experience in itself, and with very different personalities, they mark very different but special times in a year that has been incredibly memorable for us."
The Brooklyn-bred, Nashville-based band have certainly had a year filled with success that most up-and-coming acts could only dream of. After their self-titled, debut EP landed in the hands of the drummer for KANSAS, Arc & Stones have been playing for filled amphitheaters and packed arenas as a part of the classic group's recent tour. With upcoming dates in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Virginia, Arc & Stones will only continue to rock minds and our souls.
