SONG OF THE DAY: Somebody You Found by The Japanese House

The Japanese House shared another swoon-worthy single from her upcoming EP, Saw You In a Dream, expected to drop later this month. "Somebody You Found" takes all the best parts of a typical Amber Bain track - the distorted vocals, shimmering melodies, and poetic lyrics - and magnifies them to a new level. Like "Saw You In a Dream," Bain's latest continues her evolution from minimalist pop to a fuller, cinematic sound. It's the perfect balance of in-your-face and understated artistry, proof the frequent collaboration between The Japanese House and label-mate George Daniel of The 1975 is paying off.
