Pisces is the name of Happy Hollows lead singer Sarah Negahdari's side project, and Flower Toes is the name of her new four-song EP. The EP shows a softer side of Negahdari -- compared to the frequent howling she adds to Happy Hollows tracks, these songs showcase a more playful, fairy-like singer. Starting with "Being With You," a pretty song with a great breakdown chorus, Negahdari goes on to display virtuoso-like guitar playing on "Paint a Rocket" and the omniously foreboding "Flower Toes." This Pisces EP somehow just brings you in, like you're being invited on an adventure... even if it's just a short one.
