Spending a substantial amount of time outside his home in Anacortes Washington, Phil Elverum spent two years crafting this, his third Mount Eeerie album. From what we've heard so far, the time was well spent. Translating the force of a breeze in to a subtle, linger tune, Elverum drags each word in the song "Wind Speaks" in to the next, emphasizing the continuous sound of a gust of air, flying through the trees. That breeze bounding on your window may never sound the same...
