I suppose we should expect such a sunny disposition from the songwriter responsible for penning Feist's "1,2,3,4". With such a sweet voice, not sure why fellow Canadian songwriter
Sally Seltmann didn't keep the tune for herself. Regardless, "Harmony To My Heartbeat" is some perfect summer pop, and Seltmann's got this party starting video to prove it.
