Passion Pit is back! Need I say more? The electro-pop band returns with their highly anticipated album, Gossamer. The video for the first single, "Take A Walk," was made in conjunction with The Creators Project. With a focus on supporting artists in realizing their creative visions through technology, The Creators Project has made many videos for a wide variety of artists. The video for "Take A Walk," directed by David Wilson, bounces (literally) through the streets of Philadelphia using a helicam -- the first of its kind -- creating a very unique point of view video for the single. While the song runs at a fast tempo and just as catchy as you'd expect from Passion Pit, it captures a very defeated middle class perspective, making the bouncing theme quite just. Frontman Michael Angelakos wanted to create a music video that was more like a short film than a commercial, and with "Take A Walk," that goal is met.
