Hailing from Amherst, Massachusetts,long-time rockers Dinosaur Jr. have announced the release of their newest album I Bet On The Sky. The album is the band's tenth studio album but only the third made by the original members; J Mascis, Lou Barlow and Murph, who reassembled in 2005. The album has a sound that reflects the band's growth through other projects but stays true to Dinosaur Jr.'s unhinged melodic sound. With a release date of September 18th in the US, the trio is also set dates for a North American tour with frequent festival stops.
