Since putting
the Smashing Pumpkins to rest in 2000,
Billy Corgan has made his publicist proud, garnering a considerable amount of notoriety for two albums (
Zwan
Mary Star of the Sea and his solo release,
The Future Embrace)that, in reality, failed to capture the spirit of the band most of his fans fell in love with. On July 10th, after separating himself for 6 years with the name, fans of
the Smashing Pumpkins will get to hear if their bald boy wonder still has all that gorgeously, elaborate, guitar songs up his sleeve.
