Lost Element Find The Missing Link

One of the great questions of music is "What's in a band name?" Sometimes it's beautiful nonsense; I refuse to believe that Neutral Milk Hotel has any meaning other than Jeff Mangum thought those words go together. Sometimes, it's an homage; the Rolling Stones named themselves after a Muddy Waters track. But can a name be self-prophecy. For pop-rock band Lost Element, they may have stumbled upon just that for modern pop-rock.

We're premiering the band's video for the track "Twenty Five" today and it's a pop banger. With that anthemic summer feel and a sense of never growing up, the track and video capture that point in your life where maybe you should be feeling a little older but you're clinging on to your youth as best you can. The track is off their upcoming record, Stereo Dream, due out this year and be sure to catch this act live as they tour the country and as a band that's opened for Sublime with Rome, Hoobastank, and 311 in the past, it will be sure to be a good show.
