Ghanaian-American rapper Akua Naru, Beninoise singer-songwriter Angelique Kidijo, Root's drummer ?uestlove and tUnE-yArDs are teaming up for a Fela Kuti tribute. The groups cover of Felas Lady will appear on (RED) Hot + Fela, a tribute album put together by the (RED) initiative and the Red Hot Organization. The somewhat motley crew manages to capture Fela's frantic style and produce a worthy cover.
