The iconic NYC venue was renamed The Filmore by Live Nation, and most people hated the swap, despite plans to have a network of clubs across the country honoring Bill Graham's legendary stage in San Francisco. Now Live Nation, in a rare, pseudo-humanoid move, has re-re-named the venue as Irving Plaza to appease fan demands, even planning to recreate the original marque. FINALLY.
