Virginia dream-punk act (if that's not a thing yet, it is now)
Eternal Summers just shook me out of my slumber with their propulsive new single "Millions." For everyone who is finally starting to tire of the effortlessly breezy slickpop that has been hogging the spotlight of so much rock lately, Eternal Summers pair an endearingly sloppy punk chord structure with dreamy pop vocals that are reminiscent of School of Seven Bells. The noise elements (and the female fronted vocals) even bring to mind Kim Gordon-led Sonic Youth tracks. This song is going to be on repeat for a while.
