THE UK - Hipsters let out a collective groan of unenthused ennui today, when this momentous event was preached from P4K's pulpit. Chris Ward (of Sub City radio in Scotland) wrote the folks at Pitchfork to alert them to the existence of the above pictured record, seemingly simple and unmarked, in a record store in Glasgow. This and the news that a school is staging a Neon Bible play in their school has caused me to lose my appetite, as well as to consider exclusively covering the disco-crunk scene for a while.

Whatever Suburbs is out when this band feels like it, no duh, does this mean it's out now? Screw it, I'm taking lunch. [via Pitchfork]
