Daft Punk Bids Earth Farewell with Placid Bonus Track

Although it feels like we blew all available hype on the pre-stream of Daft Punk's over-zealously awaited LP Random Access Memories last week, the album is finally available for purchase today. But the French twosome aren't finished with the big reveals quite yet. For the story's resolution, they've unveiled a Japanese bonus track called "Horizon". The song embodies the 70s feel shared throughout the entire album, yet it carries out a placid farewell with soothing ELO-esque synth and Pink Floydian strums. Wave goodbye as the French robots lift off, back into space after once again saving the earth from typical pop crap.

Listen to "Horizon".
