It has come to my attention that today the usual staff of bloggers on
Stereogum have been replaced by none other than
Death Cab For Cutie. All day today the site will feature various hypes, blogs and youtube crawls by
Ben,
Chris,
Nick, and
Jason. So if you're a fan, or you just picked up the new record and have no idea who they are (you also probably live under a rock), then check out the site today and read about whatever the guys feel like writing about. I find it quaintly ironic that the blog buzz today is about a band blogging, and not their music (although we love their music).
Keep an eye on this one today. Like the crew at Stereogum said, "It's gonna be a lot of fun and/or a total disaster." -
