In New York City, the dedicated bands
Dr. Dog and
Deer Tick played a nutso show at Terminal Five on Saturday to conclude a US tour, each promoting an album... Dr. Dog with
Shame, Shame (out now), and Deer Tick with the forthcoming
The Blackdirt Sessions (out 6/8). These are their stories. BOM BOM.
Deer Tick, dressed all in drag, was surprisingly engaging, despite eyeliner and lipstick? SUSPECT. At the end of the set, singer John Mccauley planted a wet one on lead guitarist Ian O'Neil, formerly of Titus Andronicus. By the time Dr. Dog showed up, the place was super packed and there was no question who was guilty. OF ROCKING (I'm so sorry). Check out our photos section for more pics from the evening [COMING SOON]. -
