After his extensive work with the titans of alternative rock Radiohead and more recently, retooling indie-stylings of Luke Temple and Here We Go Magic, it looks like producer Nigel Godrich is finally ready to explore some sounds of his very own. His new project, titled UltraÍsta features the glitchy syncopated rhythms he's help popularize with Yorke and co., but the other elements-- like the voice of his new partner in crime, London artist Laura Bettinson-- add a bit more accessibility to a man who's made a living on freaking us out.



No news on a full album yet, but with the prolific nature of Godrich, we're sure to hear something soon.
