It's been out for a while now that The National are releasing a massive three-disc compilation of Grateful Dead covers performed by themselves and their endless well of friends in the music industry (Aaron Dessner is damn near as famous at this point as a producer as he is for being the guitarist for the National). And the songs we've heard so far have been killer (particularly an absurdly good cover of "Touch of Grey" by the War on Drugs). Well, they just dropped a new batch of tracks with performances from Perfume Genius, Sharon van Etten, Jim James, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Charles Bradley, and more. And, y'all, even if you don't like the dead, you need to dive into these ASAP.
