Late Night: The War on Drugs

The War On Drugs may have one of the most intentionally ironic band names ever if the stories Matt Berninger told at last year's show with the National and the War on Drugs are true. If you take the American of Bruce Springsteen and the shoegaze of My Bloody Valentine, you'd have the War on Drugs. That is as enchanting a mix as it sounds. Playing "Come to the City" off of last year's Slave Ambient, they rocked the house although I'm still not sure what was up with Adam Granduciel's bolo.

We've got more of the Granduc from Austin.
