Coachella is more than just a regular festival, it's an experience... An experience filled with the hottest (and the worst) fashion, the most scream-worthy celebrity appearances, and some of the most monumental, rare musical performances in history. For a lot of musicians performing, especially for the first time, it's a pretty significant milestone in their career. They finally feel like they're a part of this experience. It's hot, surreal, and overwhelming all at once; and it's definitely something to document. Ferocious alt-pop singer Grace Mitchell
finally made her rounds at Coachella for the first time and she documented the whole thing along the way for us. To celebrate her 'Chella debut, check out some behind-the-scene photos of the singer before, during, and after her wild, high-energy set at weekend 1 (along with some fun descriptions from Mitchell herself) and be sure to catch her again this upcoming weekend.
Brands, Brands, all types of Brands... Something they don't tell you about, but that is a huge undercurrent of Coachella is all the advertising you have to do. It's a small price to pay though, and you a lot of get free stuff as an artist. I feel like I'm telling a secret right now, but hey, I'm just opening your minds, sheeple. Here's me getting my makeup did by BareMinerals on the first day of 'chella.
Here's me making some quality *content* backstage at the media tent on Saturday.
Uh oh, I'm drunk!
At my performance on Easter Sunday, rocking out in the name of Christ.
Me getting angry at someone for being late while riding on the back of my exclusive, luxury golf cart.
The End :)
