Rising Australian folk star, Angus Stone has come out with a music video for his stellar single "Bird on the Buffalo," which we loved when we first heard it a couple weeks ago. The song is just as Dylan-esque as before and the guitars are as classic folk-rock as we've come to expect from this Aussie wonder, but the video adds another layer to the beauty of the track. Shot in Joshua Tree National Park (somebody needs to start blasting "With or Without You"), Angus Stone (also known as Australian hippie Jesus thanks to his beard and outfit) wanders around while we also get images of the gorgeous Isabel Lucas. This has quickly become one of my favorite folk tracks since "Emmylou," and this video is another excuse to listen to it again and again.



Angus is but one half of the cleverly titled, brother-sister duo Angus and Julia Stone, who we filmed a couple CMJ's ago at Rockwood Music Hall.
