The Low End Theory by A Tribe Called Quest remains one of the most under-appreciated hip-hop albums of all time. Critics love them, but Tribe has never had the mainstream recognition they deserved. Tribe frontman Q-Tip has just announced his official partnership with Kanye West by signing to West's G.O.O.D. Music label (along with Def Jam) to release his next solo album, The Last Zulu, due out next year. According to Pitchfork, Q-Tip has also worked with Kendrick Lamar and Fiona Apple in the studio for his upcoming works. We're ready to hear the fruits of this labor the second it's available.
