Baeble's bread and butter is our sessions, concerts, and interviews, and we've shot hundreds and hundreds of those videos over the years. We're always proud of the video content we produce, but sometimes, you just know you have something special on your hands, and that's always been the case with Chvrches.
We first met the Glaswegian synthpop trio when we shot them at SXSW back in 2013
(a show that would turn out to be one of the most enduring and popular concert sessions on the site), and we've followed them closely over the years after they became indie pop megastars with their debut album, The Bones of What You Believe
and last year's long-awaited follow-up Every Open Eye
We got to shoot Chvrches last year in Central Park at Summerstage for one of the most electric and energy fueled evenings anyone at the Baeble team has ever been able to witness. Lauren Mayberry, Iain Cook, and Martin Doherty have revolutionized the synthpop game, and their live shows are as passionate and hypnotic as their records.
And, now, after months of waiting, we're finally ready to share that concert with all of our viewers next week on Tuesday, April 5th. You aren't going to want to miss this. Until then though, dig our documentary about the band and their fans below.
