Brit-rockers
Tribes are just a couple of years old, but already have the slick sound of a quartet that has already made several albums. Singer Johnny Lloyd has a voice that matches the heavy, anthemic sound of his band-mates. Tribes makes songs that beg to be sung along to, recalling the days when you, too, were a scrappy English scallywag who didn't have a care in the world. The music draws heavily from its 90s British rock predecessors, as well as U.S. alternative rockers like Pixies and Kings of Leon.
